I saw Dr Patel last Friday the 31st of October, she was very helpful and listen to me telling her about my problems. I normally see Dr Bendor, I have been her patient for many years, but it was not possible to see her. It is very nice having kind of a relationship with your doctor, which I have with Dr Bendor, I do not have to repeat my story all the time and she is always very sympathetic and she listens. I must say that my experience with Dr Patel was simular, I was treated with respect and listen to so I was very happy with my visit. I still have problems. but at least I have a solution to look forward to. Thank you Dr Patel.

I like the check in procedure by computer and the online appointment & prescription service is useful but the staff are also friendly & helpful and very polite.

I realise that my ease of getting an appointment is partly because I am OK seeing any doctor in the practice and partly because recently I have made use of the short emergency walk in appointment system. This makes a lot of difference in terms of staying with a treatment programme, so that there is no huge wait to find out results or for a quick check up on how a treatment is going. I think it hugely adds to effectiveness of treatments - like when I had pain under my ribs - and various stages were gone through to find out what was the matter. I have felt very well looked after by this practice as a group. I like the size of it and the layout of reception. It feels friendly.
